Agenda :

1. Opening of the meeting;
2. Appointment of a president and a secretary of the meeting;
3. Establishment of the regularity of the summons and reading;
4. Verification of quorum and right of presence;
5. Reading and adoption of the agenda;
6. Reading and adoption of the minutes of the General Assembly of August 25, 2024;
7. Report from the chairman of the board of directors;
8. Presentation of the 2024-2025 financial report;
9. Appointment of an auditor for the year 2025-2026;
10. Ratification of the actions of directors;
11. Appointment of a president and an election secretary;
12. Elections: Richard Leonardo (283), David Messier (347) and Jacinthe Daigle (423) are leaving office, but re-electable;
13. Discussion on Gilbert Desmarais' study : "Les Habits du Seigneur de Cap Saint-Michel";
14. Varia (open);
15. Adjournment of the meeting.

How to get to your 2025 AGM !

From Montreal or the South Shore:
- Take Highway 10 toward Sherbrooke;
- Take Exit 22 for Highway 35 toward Vermont (approximately 40 km);
- Turn left onto Route 133 (St-Sébastien) (4.8 km);
- Just after the old Pike River church, turn left onto Route 202 (6.5 km) to Bedford.
As you enter the city, you are on Rue Principale. The restaurant is on your right.

From Quebec City:
- Take Highway 20 toward Montreal;
- Take Exit 143 for Route 211 toward Saint-Valérien-de-Milton;
- Turn left onto Rang Saint-Georges (Route 211, 7.6 km);
- Turn right onto 9e Rang (10.6 km); - Turn right off Rue Principale (Route 137, 600 m);
- Turn left onto Route de Saint-Pie (1.6 km); - Continue on Chemin de Saint-Dominique (2.4 km);
- Turn left onto Route du Double (Route 235, 27.8 km);
- At the roundabout, take the first exit toward Route de Contournement (Route 235, 5.2 km);
- Turn right (at the lights) onto Rue Jacques-Cartier Sud (Route 235, 17.4 km) to Bedford.
- In Bedford, you will cross the Zephyr-Falcon Bridge and at the next stop sign, turn right onto Rue Principale.
- The restaurant is on your left.
